P A Y M E N T
Before any design work begins, payment must be received in full. Completing payment ensures that I can set aside the appropriate time needed for your design and covers all costs. I will send you an invoice via Paypal, and once paid, your project will be added to my design queue. For those not familiar with Paypal: you can use a debit or credit card via PayPal as well as your bank account.

R E F U N D S
Due to the nature of my work, all sales are final. Please be aware of what you are purchasing. Unlike a product, I am providing a service and the time and effort cannot be refunded.

P R E M A D E  + C U S T O M  B L O G  D E S I G N S
By agreeing to these terms, you are allowing me to place a copyright "designed by Miss Audrey Sue" logo on your Blogger or Wordpress blog/site. This copyright link must not be removed so long as my designs are in effect.

R E V I S I O N S
The purchase of your blog design allows you up to two rounds of revisions. Any revisions thereafter, are subject to a $25 fee. Any revisions after your design has been installed are also subject to a fee, unless of course, it’s a mistake on my part which I will promptly fix!

C O M U N I C A T I O N + W O R K I N G H O U R S
All communication is done via email. Emails will be returned in 1-3 business days depending on my workload (I do strive to be prompt and not leave you waiting, because I don't like to be left waiting either!). I work on business days only. Weekends and holidays are my family time. Because I am a full-time mama, my hours are a little unpredictable, and not your typical 9-5. During naptime and after bedtimes are when I am most productive, and can be found in the "office".

C L I E N T  S E L E C T I O N
I reserve the right to decline a client if I feel like we are not a good match. Please also understand I am only able to take on a few clients at a time. I also reserve the right to terminate any project if it becomes a burden, the client is not responding to emails, or becomes unprofitable.

D E S I G N  R I G H T S
When your design is complete and installed, I ask that you do not change any of the items {moving them around is okay, but editing the actual images is not}. This compromises my work as a designer. You may not use any items I have designed for you in ways that they were not intended for without my permission – ie, you may not use your blog header on your business card/Facebook timeline {you can contact me for discounted rates on other print/design material or for permission to use in different ways}. If you wish to have free reign over your design items to create your own business cards, or to use on your Facebook timeline cover, etc., consider purchasing the design rights from me for $100. This entitles you to use the graphics I have already designed for you on other products for your business/blog. With the purchase of design rights, I will send you the PSD file of your blog header for you to use as you wish. However, the purchase of design rights does not mean you can claim credit for my work. All copyrights remain with Miss Audrey Sue at all times, regardless of license type.
