Ahh, Amor

It's February!!
And that means 6 months closer to meeting our little one!
Oooo I can't wait.

For the past couple weeks I have been really excited for Valentine's Day.
I don't know why because I've never done a ton for it before,
but this year I decided I want to make every holiday special.
Not just the "big ones" {Christmas/Birthdays}.
So here's what I've been working on:

P.S. Every project can be found on my Pinterest board.

Really,
everything was so simple and fun to do.
The candles: Instead of buying pink candles. I wrapped mine in some scrapbook paper and put ribbon around 'em
Hearts in frame: Used my Silhouette to cut out the hearts, and hung them together with a piece of embroidery floss.
LOVE blocks: Chopped up some of my scrap wood, sanded, painted, and mod-podged the letters {cut w/my Silhouette} on.
XOXO frame and display jars: Took an old black frame, painted the stripes on, hung up and taped the "xoxo" to the wall behind it. Easy peasy peeps. And those are just empty canning jars i had lying around. I spray painted the lids white, and got the bases from Walmart. I wanted do the glue gun technique/spray paint over the jars themselves, but then you couldn't see the fun candy colors.
